A migraine tracker you can take to clinic
Log attacks, triggers, and barometric pressure on this iPhone. Export a PDF when you need a clean record for your neurologist. Informational only — never a cure claim.
- No accounts
- Data stays on the phone
- No relief or cure claims
Built for the visit, not the feed
Four screens. A diary you can actually finish during an attack.
Elapsed time, last entries, current pressure.
See which days carried a 3 vs a 9.
What you logged most — sleep, weather, stress.
On-device summary you can share from Files or Mail.
Three steps, then you have a record
- Start the attack when pain begins — or log one from memory later.
- Tag triggers and meds while you still remember. Pressure can save automatically.
- Export a PDF before the appointment. Logging stays free; Reports is optional.
What Auralis actually does
A headache tracker and migraine diary — not a treatment plan.
Local-first diary
Attacks, symptoms, medications, and notes stay on your iPhone. No account. No cloud diary.
Barometric weather
The iPhone barometer can be saved with each attack. Optional nearby pressure from a public weather service.
Trigger diary
Sleep, stress, hormones, food, screens, perfume — tag what might have mattered without turning it into a verdict.
Neurologist PDF
Optional yearly Reports unlock a clinic-ready export: counts, intensity, meds, and pressure on one page.
Apple Health (optional)
Read headache entries already in Health so you are not keeping two lists. Auralis does not write back.
Private by default
No analytics SDK. No ads. Deleting the app deletes the diary.
The diary never leaves this iPhone
No accounts. No sign-up. No analytics. We cannot see your migraine log —because we never receive it.
- Episodes are stored locally; deleting the app deletes them
- Apple Health is optional, read-only, and skippable
- PDFs are generated on-device and shared with apps you pick
- RevenueCat sees purchase receipts, never headache data
Straight answers
Including the claims we will not make.
Does Auralis treat or prevent migraine?
No. Auralis is a diary and reporting tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure migraine or any other condition. Take the record to a clinician if you want medical advice.
Is my headache log uploaded somewhere?
No. Episodes live in on-device storage. We do not operate a backend for the diary. Optional weather uses a public forecast API with coordinates for that request only. Subscriptions go through Apple and RevenueCat (receipts, never diary data).
What is free vs Reports?
Logging, the calendar, and a 30-day insight view stay free. An optional auto-renewing yearly (or monthly) subscription unlocks clinician PDFs and longer-range insight history. Price is shown in the App Store before you buy.
Can I take this to a neurologist?
That is the point of Reports. The PDF lists what you logged — dates, intensity, duration, symptoms, triggers, medications, and pressure when captured. It is a personal record, not a clinical assessment.
Does it work for cluster headache and tension headache?
Yes. You can tag migraine, tension, cluster, or other on each entry. The diary is for any headache type you want to show a clinician.
Do I need Apple Health?
No. Health is optional and skippable. If you connect it, Auralis may read headache (and sleep) samples on this iPhone only.
